Phenix City Schools will be using SchoolMint for 2017-2018 Registration and Re-Enrollment for grades K-12.  You may use your Smartphone, tablet, computer, or Chromebook to create your account and complete these forms.  (Special Note - these forms work best on a mobile browser, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox).  Please fill out all student demographic information (student name and address in ALL CAPS).

Even though you will have completed this paperwork for Registration/Re-Enrollment, you should still attend normal registration at the school on July 12 from 7:30 - 12:00 or July 13 from 12:30 - 5:00.

Returning Students

  • Please use the same SchoolMint account you used when initially registering your child
  • You may begin completing paperwork on June 1 by going to and using the same log in credentials used to register students last year.  If you are unsure of your log in, please contact your child's school or email  


New Students (not enrolled in Phenix City Schools 2016-2017)

  • Proof of Residency within the last 30 days (power bill, utility bill, or rent receipt are examples of acceptable proofs of residency)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Blue Alabama Immunization Form
  • Social Security Card
  • Withdrawal form or last report card from previous school (except for new Kindergarten students)
  • Students who are Out of District must submit a transfer request form and receive prior approval before registering for any school in Phenix City.  Transfer request forms may be made beginning June 1.  You must have the same documents required of those students who reside In District.  When completing the online registration forms, you must choose Phenix City Transfer School.  Failing to choose the correct school with delay your paperwork being processed.
