 The Phenix City Schools' Operations and Administration department is an important part of the public education process.  The physical characteristics of a school or athletic facility are looked upon by the community, administration, teachers, coaches, and other school districts who may be visiting.  We strive for our facilities to be something our district can be proud of.  

This department includes, but is not limited to:

  • Bids
  • Capital Projects
  • Maintneance of all Grounds and Facilities
  • Cleanliness of Buildings
  • Energy Maintenance
  • Environmental Services (Air Quality, Pest Management, Asbestos)
  • Athletic Field Maintenance and Service
  • Painting, Roofing, Air Conditioning
  • Waste Disposal
