This introductory class gives insight to the real estate field, where opportunities are unlimited should one seek to become a Real Estate Licensee. As we discuss information on terms, ethics, representation, financing, and fair practices of real estate in this class, you can determine if you are interested in making real estate your professional career. | COSMETOLOGY Are you interested in becoming a cosmetologist, nail technician or skilled care specialist? This introductory course will expose you to many facets, including care for hair, skin, and nails. Subjects covered are such as "What is hair?", "How do I care for my hair?", rules and regulations that govern the cosmetology industry, how to properly use tools and equipment, manicures, pedicures, cosmetic application, facials, shampooing, conditioning and styling.
