MEETING DATES PURPOSE Student Council organizes and plans events at Central High School. They promote and encourage school spirit and student participation with Homecomings and other events throughout the entire school year. REQUIREMENTS Each grade level will have 10 Student Council representatives. The 10 students per grade level with a plurality of teh votes will be declared the winers and will be the Class Representatives. The Student Council Officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer) will be elected from those representatives by the Student Body. The Student Council President must be a junior or a senior. Student Council Officers may not serve a dual role as Class Officers. The Student Council Officers must meet the following requirements: 1. Adhere to No Pass, No Play guidelines 2. Have a cumulative 80 average for the previous semester 3. Have no more than 2 referrals during the current year. Class Officers are also members of the Student Council and are required to participate in Student Council activities. Questions in reference to Student Council should be addressed to one of the sponsors listed above.
