This is the third book in the series of the Artemis fowl books.
Artemis has finally decided to go straight ever since the Opal
Koboi disaster but he must have one more criminal act to his
name. He has invented a cube that can literally do anything. It
is 20 years ahead of the human technology and it is worth
billions. He produced it early because of course he has some of
the fairy technology from the first book. The fairy people are
enraged at this because this can expose them to the earth
because the cube has already sensed them as a satellite and if
other people have it they can discover them. They have decided
to finally mind wipe Artemis and his comrades because they are a
danger to the People. A mind swipe is a procedure to make humans
forget their interactions with the People. But they must find
the C Cube because an evil billionaire has stolen it. And that
means the fairies and Artemis has to work together again! Will
they be able to obtain the C Cube for the protection of the
People? Will Artemis overcome the mind swipe?
