The State Board of Education and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) have mandated that all certified personnel develop and implement a plan for professional growth and improvement annually. It is the policy of the Phenix City Board of Education that all certified personnel comply with these mandates through the guidelines established by the school system.
