IMPORTANT INFORMATION

FOR STAFF REGARDING REGISTRATION

When student's register for school, all students must have their immunization record current, up-to-date with all required immunizations. All students must have the required number of IMM, MMR, and Polio vaccines, the last vaccine given after their 4th birthday. Grades pre-k through 4th will also need proof of the Varicella vaccine. The student's "blue card" needs to be current without exception. If the student does not have proof of current, up-to-date immunizations, they will not be permitted to enroll until they have received all immunizations required by the State of Alabama.
