1. Type the following URL in the address bar of your browser:  https://www.pcboe.net/owa/ 
2. The Microsoft Outlook Web Access login window should appear.  Type in your username and password and click the Log On button.  (Note:  If you choose the "public or shared computer" selection, you will be logged off after 15 minutes.)

How do I send attachments in email?

1. In the message window, click on the Add Attachment icon.
2. In the Attach Files - Webpage Dialog box, click Browse.
   
   
   
3. Navigate to the file you wish to attach and click Open.
   
4. Verify that the file you wish to attach appears in the window and click Attach.
   
   
   
5. That's it!  Complete the email message as you normally would.  Click Send to send the message and the attachment.
