Network Access
Questions |
| I can't access
network programs such as Read
Naturally...and/or...I can't access network drives (F, H, K, S, T).
What can I do? |
|
When you can't access
the network, a number of factors could be involved. Here are
some things to try:
- Check the other computers in your classroom. If none of
them will access the network, the problem is most likely in your
classroom. Try restarting computers until they access the
network.
- Check to see if cables are connected properly. There
should be a network cable connecting your computer to an active port
in the wall.
- Make sure you are logged in correctly. Student logins
do not have access to the T drive. If you have
forgotten your login information, see Mrs. Sanders.

Questions
about Presentation Equipment
|
| I want to use
one of the large-group areas (cafeteria, multi-purpose room) for
instruction. What presentation equipment is available? How do
I make arrangements to have it at the time it is needed. |

The cafeteria has
everything you need for a large-group presentation: screen,
networked computer and projector. The multi-purpose room only
has a screen. So you'll need to check out the mobile cart with
laptop and projector. Note: Technology crew members may
assist you with setup if needed. |
