My Field Trip

On October 29th, 2001 the fourth, fifth and sixth grade gifted and sixth grade talent pool went on a field trip. We went to two places. One was The Tuskegee National Forest. The other was the Mann Museum and Outdoors.

The ride up there was pretty good. I played Pokemon the whole way up there. I stomped Max and Eric in a Pokemon battle. Eric still thinks he beat me.

When we got there the first thing we did was go to the bathroom. Then we got in the bus and rode 3 miles down a dirt road. It was very uncomfortable. When we got back in the forest a man named Mr. Humphrey told us a lot of things. When we got done we took a walk. Then we got back in the bus and rode to the Mann museum.

The Mann Museum and Outdoors was pretty neat. They had a lot of animals. I got to pet some deer. I looked at a lot of displays and had a good time.

All in all I had a pretty good time. It was pretty cool. I had fun. My favorite part was when we were on the bus, and hey, I missed school!!!!!!!!!
