The nomination process at each worksite will be determined by the principal or supervisor. Employees may receive this award only one time during a three year period.

Criteria:
- Employee has a positive effect on other people.
- Employee makes a significant contribution to the improvement of their work site in the Phenix City Public School system.
- Employee demonstrates extraordinary concern for the needs and welfare of colleagues and students.
