I Make The Difference
winners
Each semester one award may be given per work site to one outstanding certified AND one outstanding classified employee that meet the I Make The Difference selection criteria.

The nomination process at each worksite will be determined by the principal or supervisor. Employees may receive this award only one time during a three year period.

I Make The Difference award winners will receive:

Personal recognition from the Phenix City Board
of Education at a scheduled meeting

Commemorative coffee mug

Certificate of Recognition

Selection Criteria:
 
  1. Employee has a positive effect on other people.
  2. Employee makes a significant contribution to the improvement of their work site in the Phenix City Public School system.
  3. Employee demonstrates extraordinary concern for the needs and welfare of colleagues and students.
