the goals of PTA is to provide school improvements that benefit teachers,
parents, and students. We accomplish this by raising money at Octoberfest
and other fundraisers throughout the year. Because of the tremendous support
of our wonderful parents, Sherwood PTA has provided the following items:
- magazine subscriptions
- book fair donations
- classroom supplies
- playground equipment
- school sign
- educational programs
- accelerated reader books and
quizzes

PTA
meetings are open to parents, staff members, and friends of Sherwood.
Meetings give parents a chance to learn more about PTA activities and
other school or system events. PTA meetings give parents an opportunity
to ask questions and voice opinions. Students provide entertaining programs
at each meeting. We encourage each class to have
100% enrollment!
