If you are a parent of a Sherwood Elementary School student, we would urge you to take an active role in your child's education.  Visit our school often, become an active member of PTA, volunteer to help your child's teacher or other staff members, and-most of all-encourage and support your child in being the best student possible.  Our teachers are excellent, but there is no substitute for parent-teacher cooperation; together, we can help your child reach his/her fullest potential.  We are looking forward to the best year ever in the history of Sherwood Elementary, and we're glad that you will share it with us!
