Student Activities
	1. Red Ribbon Week
Students are treated to a full week of exciting speakers, a pep rally and challenges for each student to carry out the Drug-Free Education. (click on the Red Ribbon to see our activities for the week)
	2. Character Education
Students learn one character education word per week during announcements and in the classroom.
	3. Career Day
As part of Career Week, one day is set aside for demonstrations and talks by community workers.
	4. Career Poetry/Poster Contest
Students are asked to draw a picture showing what they would like to become when grown up or write a poem about a future career to win prizes at the school, district and state level. Winners for each school are treated to a pizza party at one of the local elementary schools.
