My name is Beth Hedges and I have been teaching kindergarten in the Phenix City School System for 20 years.  I have lived in  Phenix City all my life and attended Phenix City Schools as a child.  After graduating from Central High School I attended Chattahoochee Valley Community College and The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Early and Elementary Childhood Education.  I have been married to my husband Gabe for 20 years and we have 2 children Allie (15, Sophomore at CHS) and Harrison (11, 6th grade at PCIS).  I also have a sweet furbaby Lucy!  When I am not teaching I enjoy traveling, reading, cheering on the Auburn Tigers and spending time with my family and friends.
