Hello and welcome to LPS! My name is Kiera Serrano.  I attended Phenix City Schools beginning with Central Elementary and I graduated from Central High School in 2005.   I was a cheerleader for the red devils and I loved every minute of it!  Then I attended CVCC, transferred to Auburn University, and received my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education-Cum Laude. WAR EAGLE! I also received my Master's degree from Troy in 2017. I am married to my best friend, Jeromy, and we have a daughter named Kairi.  My hobbies include spending time with my family and friends, shopping, and traveling.  I absolutely love chocolate, Starbucks, and the color pink!  I also love children! I have taught first grade for nine years and this will be my third year teaching second grade. I strongly believe in treating every child as if they were my very own. I am so thankful and blessed to be able to teach in the school system I attended as a student. Phenix City Schools ROCK!
