Maintenance Department

The purpose of Phenix City Schools Maintenance Department is to confirm that all of our schools/facilities are maintained cost-effectively by State & Federal Guidelines and Board policy. We strive to ensure that the staff and students of Phenix City Schools have a learning environment that is safe, comfortable, and attractive.

This department includes, but is not limited to:

  • System Maintenance

  • Capital Projects

  • Energy Maintenance & Environmental Services (Air Quality, Asbestos)

  • Painting, Roofing, Air Conditioning

  • Waste Disposal
