Registration FAQs

All students must be registered online. Parents and guardians can complete enrollment by visiting:  www.pcboe.net/enroll

PLEASE NOTE: Students entering kindergarten will register as new students for the upcoming school year. 

 All students, both new and returning, must complete registration for the 2026–2027 school year.

 Families are strongly encouraged to complete registration as early as possible. Registration must be completed by July 14, 2026, to guarantee bus transportation for the first two weeks of school.

Yes! PowerSchool Enrollment is mobile-friendly, though many parents find it easier to upload required documents using a tablet or computer.

No. Your progress is saved automatically. You can sign back into www.pcboe.net/enroll at any time to pick up where you left off.

This usually means a "Required" field was left blank or a mandatory document wasn't uploaded. Look for red asterisks or a "Summary" page at the end that highlights missing information.

During the registration process, families may be asked to provide:

• Proof of Residency
• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Records
• Parent/Guardian Photo Identification

Primary Documents:

• Current Lease/Rental Receipt with Parent or Guardian's Name
• Current Mortgage, Mortgage Statement, or Warranty Deed in the parent or guardian's name

Secondary Documents:

• Current water, gas, or electricity bill (must be within the last 30 days)
• Government-issued correspondence (e.g., Social Security or tax documents)

* Gas, water, cable/internet, and/or cell phone bills will not be accepted as proof of residency.

Photo IDs:

• A valid government-issued photo ID of the parent or guardian
  • Expired Identification documents will not be accepted

Most documents can be uploaded during the online registration process. Schools may request additional documentation if needed.

No. You will use your existing PowerSchool Parent Portal account. Look for the "Returning Student Registration" link within the portal.

A Snapcode is a unique key for each student. You should receive this via email on or after Friday, May 15th. It "snaps" your student's existing information into the current year's form, so you only have to update what has changed.

After verifying your identity, they can provide the unique Snapcode needed to link your student’s data to your email address we have on file. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for our registration team to respond.

Yes. To ensure our records are accurate and that transportation routes are correct, we require updated proof of residency (such as a current electricity bill) for every student each year.

To ensure an efficient registration process, residency verification occurs before beginning the student registration forms.

 Students must be fully registered by July 14, 2026, to guarantee bus transportation for the first two weeks of school.

 Students who register after this date may experience a delay in transportation services at the start of the school year.

 Transportation details will be shared with families prior to the start of school through official district and school communication channels.

School assignments are based on your home address. Use the Find Your Zone Tool on our Transportation Homepage to find your child’s school.

Requests to attend a school outside of your assigned zone may be considered based on district guidelines and availability. Complete the following steps:

1. Complete the Transfer Request Form.

 Please use your current address when registering. If your address changes, notify your child’s school as soon as possible.
