Phenix City Schools Pre-K program is now welcoming applications for the upcoming academic year with an ambitious goal to reach a total enrollment of 270 students, improving on last year's 256. This initiative represents a pivotal step in early childhood education, providing four-year-olds with unparalleled learning experiences that lay the groundwork for lifelong success.

About the Program
Our curriculum is centered around the High Scope educational approach, focusing on critical areas such as math skills and phonological awareness. Your child will learn number identification, simple math computations, letter identification, and sound and letter blending—key components contributing to becoming strong readers and successful learners. We're committed to ensuring every child is kindergarten-ready and equipped with the skills to excel throughout their school years.

Enrollment and Eligibility
The enrollment window is open from January 15 to March 22, with a fair and transparent lottery drawing scheduled for April 5. Eligibility is straightforward, welcoming all children who will be four years old by September 1 and can independently attend to their toileting needs.
