I am so proud to become a Tiger!!

Welcome to the new school year parents.  I am Heather Weston, your new principal for the 2022-2023 school year.

I have been in Phenix City Schools for the past 7 years.  Five as a math teacher and the last two as the Assistant Principal of Phenix City Elementary School.

I am originally from Opelika, Alabama.  I have an amazing husband Craig, and two wonderful boys, Hunter (20) and Peyton (16).  

I am so excited about the upcoming school year and all the learning opportunities that are going to occur on our Westview campus.  Our students are going to be using STEM in classes across the board.  We are going to work on reading and math so we are prepared for ACAP testing in the Spring.  But most of all, we are going to grow together to form the wonderful family of Westview Elementary.
