Greetings! I am Lindsey Casner, and I am ecstatic to be a Lakewood Birdie. I have recently completed my Bachelor's of Education at Auburn University in Montgomery. Troy University is where I am presently pursuing a Master's degree in Early Elementary Education. Kindergarten instruction is my unquestionable passion, and I gain tremendous joy from witnessing my students' academic success. I aspire to nurture a love of learning in my students on a daily basis.

I am married to my husband and we have two children: Makenna (17) and Kellen (11). Spending time with my family and unwinding are my favorite activities. We spend the majority of our weekends watching our son play baseball or our daughter play soccer. When I am not teaching, you will find me tending to my silly farm, which includes 20 chickens, 4 goats, 3 french bulldogs and 4 cats.
