• The National Beta Club (often called "Beta Club" or simply "Beta") is an organization for 4th grade through 12th grade students in the United States. Its purpose is "to promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, leadership and service among elementary and secondary school students."

     

    Over the past two years, SES Jr. Beta has competed and succeeded at the state and national level. Most recently in Savannah, GA. As well as Disney World in Orlando, FL. Students are able to serve their school, families and community through service projects and are setting a strong academic foundation for years to come.

     

    Students learn about themselves and thrive through the various opportunities given through BETA. Sherwood Elementary was recently recognized for being a School of Distinction for the 2018-2019 school year thanks to efforts of our members and parents.
