Hello, my name is Miranda Griggs. I am the PE coach at LPS. I love to help my LPS Birdies gain an appreciation for movement, health, and exercise! I have a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Faulkner University and a Master’s degree in Physical Education from Auburn University of Montgomery.  I have been teaching for twenty-two years. I was born and raised in Jacksonville, Alabama. I am married to Derek Griggs and have two children, Griffin and Gerritt. I am a part of the Central High School Softball & Flag Football coaching staff. When I am not teaching and coaching, I enjoy shopping, camping, and church ministries.
