Employee recognition is also a vital part of the Community Education department.  Twice a year, I Make the Difference Awards are held at the Professional Development Center.  Each January, the Phenix City Education Foundation recognizes employees from all areas of employment in Phenix City Schools, as well as volunteers, community members, and partners in education.
