  • The bus is late, what should I do?

    Posted by:

If a bus is running late, children should remain at their stop.  Occasionally, there may be issues that cause late transportation (traffic delays, substitute drivers, mechanical problems, etc.), but the bus is coming.  If the bus is coniderably late (more than 20 minutes), you may call the Transportation Office at 334-298-2823 for more information.

  • My child left his jacket/bookbag/lunchbox on the bus. What can I do?

    Posted by:

Drivers check their buses before and after each route.  Lost items can be claimed by the student speaking to the bus driver or by calling 334-298-2823 and speaking to a Transportation official.

  • A Phenix City Schools' bus driver suspended my child. What can I do?

    Posted by:

Drivers and transportation personnel do not have the authority to suspend students.  That authority lies with administrators at each school.  Please contact the school office and make an appointment to meet with a school administrator to discuss the issue.
